Description
The EHA105 strain, based on the EHA101 strain and C58 background, features rifampicin resistance (RIF) in nuclear genes for easy screening. To facilitate transformation, it carries the Ti plasmid pEHA105 (pTiBo542DT-DNA), which lacks its own transport function but contains the essential VIR genes required for T-DNA insertion into the plant genome. The plasmid's T-DNA transfer function is natively destroyed, but it effectively assists the transfer of binary vector T-DNA. EHA105 can be cultured on YEB or LB media at 28°C under aerobic conditions.
Operating Instructions
- This product contains a portion of glycerin bacteria. When using, you can dip a small amount for plate streaking or liquid culture without complete melting. It can also be used after complete thawing, but please note that activity gradually declines with repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- In order to ensure the purity of bacteria and avoid contamination, it is recommended to first draw the plate, and then select a single monoclone colony for subsequent experiments.
