Description

Red Blood Cell Lysis Buffer, Also known as ACK Lysis Buffer ,is a solution used to lyse and remove non nuclear red blood cells from blood or tissue samples from humans or mice.

The lysate is optimized for lysis of red blood cells with little damage to lymphocytes (lymphocyte) or other cells with nuclei.

The main active component of this lysate is ammonium chloride.

This lysate does not apply to cleavage of nuclear red blood cells, such as erythrocytes of birds or birds.

The lysate can be used for subsequent primary culture, cell fusion, nucleic acid or protein extraction, and routine analysis and detection after aseptic treatment of treated blood or tissue cells.
