Most cell types (split and non split cells); primary cell differentiation pCDH-EF1-MCS-T2A-Puro lentiviral expression vector of lentiviral vector is based on HIV for cDNA; cloning and expression; transfection efficiency of cells, to establish a stable cell line; single promoter driven by EF1a promoter and gene transcription and resistance genes for bicistron; between the two with a T2A peptide to shear on the translation level on the self, to ensure that the same genes and resistance gene translation level.
