pDC315 Description

pDC315  is a eukaryotic expression plasmid vector. The target gene can be inserted into the polyclonal site and transfected into the cell. PDC315 with target genes can be identified by restriction sites on both sides of the insertion site and specific sites within the target gene.

1.Ampr: provide an ampicillin resistance for plasmid amplification in E.coli (such as DH5 alpha) (the final concentration is 100 g/ml).

2.ori: the replication starting point of the plasmid in E.coli.

3.Ad:Ad sequence, mainly by Ad, can be homologous with Ad genome plasmid.

4.ITR:Ad reverse terminal repeat sequence is the packaging identification signal of Ad genome.

5.MCMV: an early promoter from mouse CMV virus.

6.SV40 polyA: the mRNA plus tail signal from the SV40 virus T antigen.

7.loxP: recombinant identification sequence of eukaryotic recombinase (Cre).
