pET-11c Description

pET-11a-d vector has N-terminal T7 tag and BamHI polyclonal site. These vectors are the precursors of many pet family vectors. Pet-21a-d () series vectors correspond to pet-11a-d vectors respectively, but contain several additional characteristic sequences. Unique restriction sites were identified in the vector map. It should be noted that these vector sequences are numbered according to the direction of vector pBR322, so the T7 tag expression region is reverse in the vector map.
