Plvx-tet3g is a stable expression vector of Tet, a transcription activator protein of 3G. As a part of any lenti-x', Tet can induce the expression of 3G. The lenti-x TET of the 3G inducible expression system allows viruses to deliver and induce expression of genes of interest in a wide variety of mammalian cells. The expressed target cell Tet transactivator for 3G will express your gene at a high level from plvx-tet3g and a ptre3g promoter controlled by the target gene, only in the presence of doxycycline.
