pMBP-C Plasmid Description

pMBP-C Plasmid expression vector was E.coli tac promoter and intracellular soluble maltose binding protein (maltose binding protein). At the same time, thrombin cleavage site was selected, and 6 His was added to C end, so that chelating Sepharose affinity chromatography could be used to purify target protein. The expression system has a large number of background references in Medline. It is expressed by intracellular fusion of MBP, and the expression products can account for the 20%-30% of the bacteria. It can form soluble protein and also form inclusion body. The fusion protein can also be purified by Amylose affinity chromatography
