pVSV-G Description
PVSV-G expressed G protein vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV-G) under the control of CMV immediate early promoter. VSV-G is used for pseudo-Moloney Murine Leukenia virus (MMLV) - mediated virus entry through retroviral vector VSV-G and phospholipids. Target cell membrane components, and promote the fusion of virus and cell membrane. The use of unnecessary cell surface receptors can serve as an alternative to viral envelope proteins. The pVSV-G vector includes intravenous infusion to enhance the stability of the synthesized intron mRNA, replication and ampicillin resistance to the spread of the bacterial mol E1 origin (Ampr) gene and the selection of antibiotics in the bacteria.
